USCIS announces new requirements for organizations applying for USCIS grants to provide citizenship application services

    Organizations applying for grants from USCIS to provide citizenship application services must incorporate additional requirements in citizenship instruction, including 1) using standardized civics test provided by USCIS to measure the acquisition of information leading to test preparedness and immigrant assimilation, and 2) including activities that promote civic and linguistic assimilation in the citizenship instruction program design.
