Liberian Refugee Immigration Fairness (LRIF) Extended
USCIS announces that the deadline to file for adjustment of status has been extended from one year to two, pursuant to the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021, Sec. 901., Extension of Period for Adjustment of Status for Certain Liberian Nationals. The new deadline is December 20, 2021.
