USCIS proposes changes to Form I-131 following termination of Haitian Family Reunification and Filipino World War II Veterans Parole programs

    Following the announcement of the termination of the Haitian Family Reunification Parole (HFRP) program and the Filipino World War II Veterans Parole (FWVP) program, USCIS publishes a notice of proposed changes to Form I-131 and the form instructions to eliminate references to the HFRP and FWVP programs. Comments will be accepted for 60 days until February 26, 2021.
