USCIS Seeks Comments on Proposed H-1B Registration Tool Information Collection

    USCIS announced proposed revisions to the H-1B Registration Tool and provided the public with 60 days to comment. USCIS uses the data collected on this form to determine which employers will be informed that they may submit a USCIS Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, to petition for a beneficiary in the H-1B classification.
