    USCIS requests public comment on proposed revisions to Form I-290B, Notice of Appeal or Motion. The proposed changes are primarily non-substantive changes. Form I-290B is necessary in order for USCIS to make a determination that the appeal or motion to reopen or reconsider meets the eligibility requirements, and for USCIS to adjudicate the merits of the appeal or motion to reopen or reconsider.
