USCIS rescinds tenant occupancy methodology for EB-5 visas

    USCIS issues a policy alert indicating that it will no longer accept the tenant-occupancy methodology for estimating the economic effect of a foreign national's investment. The methodology had previously been allowed under the USCIS policy manual to determine whether a foreign national had created enough jobs to qualify for an EB-5 visa. [ID #512]
